1 Compliance
The Okazaki Management Office and the Matsuda Immigration Law Office (hereinafter referred to as “the Offices”) shall control all information such as name, address and telephone number (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) that is provided by clients using the services of the Offices in accordance with the Law Concerning Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “the Personal Information Act”), Gyoseishoshi Law, and this privacy policy.
Gyoseishoshi Law
Article12
A Gyoseishoshi must not divulge any secret that he/she learns in the performance of his /her duties. This obligation shall continue to apply to those who have retired from office.
Article 14
When a Gyoseishoshi violates any law, order based on the law, regulation, or administrative disposition, or when he/she engages in any critical misconduct as a Gyoseishoshi, the governor of the prefecture may take the administrative measures listed below:

1 monition;
2 suspension of business within two years;
3 prohibition of business.
One who violates Article 12 or 19-1 shall be liable to penal servitude for not more than one year or a fine of not more than ten hundred thousand yen.
2 Use of Personal Information
The Offices use collected Personal Information only for:
a)Conducting the Offices’ duties based on contracts with clients;
b)Informing the Offices’ clients and/or the party whose Personal Information is at issue (hereinafter referred to as “the party himself/herself”) about the Offices’ services;
c)Keeping the private records of the Offices.
3 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Offices shall not provide collected Personal Information unless:
a)The party himself/herself agrees to provide his/her Personal Information;
b)The Personal Information is provided in accordance with the Personal Information Act and other laws;
c)The Offices assume that all of the following conditions apply:
-It is necessary to supply Personal Information to protect a person’s life or body,
-It is impossible to get the information in other ways, and
-The party himself/herself’s life or body is not hurt by providing the information.
4 Cookies
A cookie is information to identify a computer of a website viewer. A cookie in and of itself is not Personal Information. The Offices collect cookies to analyze their own website.
