CHARGE, REFUND, CANCELLATION and OTHERS


  • WAY of CHARGE

We will charge when or after we give a client the completed document or a consultation.
When we submit the document to a third party on behalf of client, we will charge before or after submitting it.
A bill includes documentation fee and expenses in the case, and deposit is subtracted.

  • DEPOSIT

>> Free (when the fee is fewer than 100,000 yen)
>> 30,000 yen (when the fee is 100,000 yen and more and fewer than 200,000 yen)
>> 60,000 yen (when the fee is 200,000 yen and more)

  • REFUND

Full-Refund

If the application forms we wrote are not accepted by government agencies because of the document’s defectiveness, we refund all of fees including deposit.

Half-Refund

If the government agency refuses permission after we submitted client’s application, we will refund half of the documentation fee excluding expenses. This half-refund policy is not applied to some complicated case such as special permission for residence.

Zero-Refund

Deposit is not refundable until our task based on a contract will have been completed. After we finished the task, the deposit is considered as a part of payment for fee.

We will not refund any fee and expenses after we completed document when our task does not include submitting applications on behalf of clients. When we refuse to submit document on behalf of a client, we will not refund for it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within seven days from the date of the contract. After we finished a task based on a contract, you cannot cancel without rational reasons even if it is within seven days from the date of contract.
